homesickness: a BIPOC Cinema Zine

About

homesickness is an annual zine that centers the work of filmmakers and artists of color.

As people of color we have a complicated idea of “home”. Our zine is a platform for film and art that reaches towards ancestral lineages which re-contextualize our present and build community across divides.

We aim to create a space where artists of color can find themselves in each other’s art and form relationships.

The roots connect once again, the past is revived, and the future is dreamt of.
